Safety, weather, and what to bring
Do I need SUP experience?
No. First-timers are welcome. We explain the basics before entering the water.
Can children join?
Yes, depending on age, swimming ability, and ocean conditions. Please tell us your children's ages when you get in touch.
What should I bring?
Please bring swimwear or clothes that can get wet, a towel, a change of clothes, sandals, sunscreen, drinks, and any personal medicine you may need.
What happens in bad weather?
Light rain may be okay, but strong wind, waves, thunder, or unsafe ocean conditions may cause a change or cancellation.
